If you become a client, the AI receptionist service itself uses the following third-party tools to operate: GoHighLevel (CRM and calendar), Vapi (voice AI infrastructure), Make.com (automation), OpenAI (conversational AI), and ElevenLabs (voice synthesis). These tools may process call data and appointment information as part of delivering the service. Each operates under its own privacy and data practices.
