Who We Are

Probli provides AI-powered phone receptionist services for dental clinics in Alberta and Saskatchewan, designed to answer calls, book appointments, and reduce missed patient calls.

Use of This Website

This website is intended to share information about our services and to allow potential clients to express interest in a free pilot or demo. By submitting a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to make inquiries on behalf of your clinic or business.

No Service Agreement Created by This Website

Submitting a form on this site, booking a demo call, or receiving a free pilot buildout does not, by itself, create a binding service contract. Any ongoing paid service is governed by a separate written agreement signed between Probli and the clinic, which will outline pricing, responsibilities, data handling, and terms specific to that engagement.

Free Pilot Program

Where offered, free pilot buildouts are provided at our discretion, for a limited time, in exchange for the opportunity to use the results as a case study (with the clinic's permission). Nothing built during a pilot goes live for real patient calls without the clinic's explicit review and approval.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Probli unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

This website and the information on it are provided "as is." Probli is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website. Liability related to the actual AI receptionist service, once delivered, is addressed separately in each client's service agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
